All Sri Aurobindo Study Circle Members of Sri Aurobindo Study

This is to remind you that the month of July is nearing and all
of you must have planned your annual meet of the district in this
month or next month. Kindly ensure the following for the
organisation work.
1. Please invite all organisers to the annual meet of your district
and select the District, Block and Dasakarmadhara convenors.
Please request all the members to choose the convenors
who are willing to work for The Mother and give time.
2. The District and Block convenors will prepare report of the
activities for the year 2005-6 and a copy will be given to us in the
July organisational meet.
3. Plesae prepare a report on Integral Schools of your district
mentioning address and phone number with the information
(a)Year of opening of the school (b) Total number of Staff -all
Apa and Bhai (c) Total number of students (d)Range of classes
(e)Whether there is hostel and the number of students in the
hostel.(f)Approx expenditure in the year 2005-2006 .(g) The school
building is own or rented When the District organiser will present
his report, the following points will be mentioned (a) Total number
of schools in the district (b) Total number of Apa – Bhai in
Integral schools of the district (c)Total number of students in the
Integral schools of the district(d) Total number of hostels and
students residing.
4. Kindly send convenors (or representatives when convnors can
not come) for the state meeting of Sri Aurobindo Kala Parisad on
on 3rd June at Kalapada of Cuttack, Sri Aurobindo Legal cell at
on 4th June at Matrubhaban, Cuttack, Sri Aurobindo Sahitya
Parisad on 10 th June at Khandagiri, Bhubaneswar and Krusi
Parisad 11th June Matrubhaban, Cuttack.
5. All organisers are requested to send a post card to us as the
receipt of this information. With regards,
