SUMMARY OF THE PROCEEDINGS OF THE
1ST EXECUTIVE BODY MEETING
HELD AT MATRUBHABAN
ON 7TH NOVEMBER,2004 AT 11 A.M.
The meeting started at 11 A.M. with Sri Bimal Prasanna Das
on the Chair. The 1st item in the Agenda was the selection of
Office Bearers for the session 2004-06 the Secretary proposed to
keep Sri Sriballav Panigrahi of Sambalpur as President of the Trust
for the next Session 2004-06. After a lot of discussion it was
approved. The final list Office Bearers of the NLET for 2004-2006
is as under :
1. Sri Sriballav Panigrahi Sambalpur President
2. Sri Bimal Prasanna Das Bhubaneswar Vice-President
3. Sri Gadadhar Mishra Cuttack Vice-President
4. Sri Prasad Tripathy Cuttack Secretary
5. Sri Sankar Mohanty Bhubaneswar Treasurer-cum –
Joint secretary
1. It was decided that Sri Aparti Charan Das of Bhubaneswar
will be requested to maintain and update the accounts of the
Trust.
2. The Proceedings of the General Body held on 20th October
2004 at Matrubhaban was read out approved.
3. The Proceedings of the Executive Body held on 19th Sept’2004
at Matrubhaban was read out and confirmed.
4. Regarding workshop on Sanskrit to be conducted by Sri
Narendra it was decided that the journey expenses of Sri
Narendra and one Trust co-ordinator accompanying him different
places will be borne by the Trust. It was also decided that
Principal of the School where the workshop will be held shall
invite one teacher from each school of their zone to attend the
workshop.
5. Regarding the meeting of the sub committee constituted to
decide over the proposals placed by the All Orissa Sri
Aurobindo Study Circle Committee, it was decided that they
must sit in the evening of 9th November and decide.
6. Sri L.M Khuntia wanted to know the reasons for not releasing
their SFA. It was decided that the same will be communicated
to them.
7. It was decided that the members of the Trust who can not
afford to spend for the TA shall be paid the actual traveling
expenses on production of their actual ticket.
8. It was decided that the revision of each text book shall be held
during 16th to 31st of December 2004 by some senior teachers
of different schools which will be co-ordinated by the secretary.
9. As per the decision taken in the last GB, it was decided to
hold the meeting of the Principals and Secretaries of the Integral
High schools on 21 November 2004 at 10 AM at Matrubhaban,
Cuttack.
10. The ‘All Orissa Integral Education Centres’ Students’ meets
shall be held at Khandagiri, Bhubaneswar during 24th to 26th
December 2004. 10 Students from Std- VI to VIII with two
teachers can participate in the meet.
11. The next meeting of the EB shall be held at Khandagiri,
Bhubaneswar on 16th January 2005 at 10 AM.
